Thyme Lamb Chops

Ingredients

Lamb Chops:  265 gr.

Frozen cauliflower: 90 gr.

Parmesan Cheese: 5 gr.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 5 gr.

Instructions

Toss lamb chops with olive oil, thyme, and rosemary; and let marinate. Fry cauliflowers with caramelised onion, season it, and put it on a plate. Fry the wheat and onions and add cream, parmesan cheese and place on the plate. Finally, grill the marinated lamb chops and put them on the plate.

Tomato Paste: 4 gr.

Garlic: 0.5 gr.

Salt: 1 gr.

Onion: 40 gr.

Basil: 10/3 gr.

Parmesan: 20 gr.

 Oil: 4 gr.
