Excellent fish dishes by Elite World Hotels

Organizing various thematic events every month, Elite World Hotel offers delicious appetizers and a rich menu consisting of various fish and desserts to guests between November 14 and 25,2018. The event is to take place in the Grill Ocakbaşı and The Brasserie Restaurant in the hotels and great dining tables with special dish presentations will be waiting for you.

The menu includes Armenian bean salad in olive oil, stuffed grape leaves, muhammara, smoked aubergine puree with yoghurt, salad, haydari, and hot spicy dip, carrot tarator, Ezine cheese, anchovy, tomatoes and cucumbers for appetizers; sea bass or sea bream for main course; and halva with lemon or semolina pudding with fresh fruit.

 

Set menu costs 99 TL.

 

Aegean fish appetizers are visiting our kitchens.

Elite World Chefs is organising a workshop titled “Aegean Fish Appetizers” in which you can prepare delicious fish appetizers and seafood. The event will take place on November 14 in Elite World Istanbul Hotel and on November 24 in Elite World Van Hotel between 2:00 and 4:00 pm.

 

Participants must pay a fee of 40 TL.

 

Everything will be organised by Elite World Hotels and participants will learn to prepare octopus salad with sea beans, radicchio and shrimp salad, beet and shrimp salad, acorn pilaki with stonecrop from award-winning chef Mithat Yalçınkaya. Participants will be given a certificate at the end of the workshop.
